If something makes your heart race...

"If you can see potential in something and it make sense in your 💓, do it! Push harder, even if it will benefit people that won't thank you for doing it, later. Besides it was important to you and you are not looking for their appreciation, anyway." Pam Sowder

Yes, yes!!!! Yesterday while making sure my children were really on their beds to sleep I was listening to my Monday training... And when our trainer said those words it hit me in the right spot👌. I remembered me 8 years ago... And those picture are the illustration of what happened. The picture on the top, I was on my 3rd month postpartum after my second baby... It might not seem much, but I was 20# over my normal wait and was feeling sick emotionally and physically. I could better stand on my feet for 5 minutes and my legs would burn. My feet was swelling and red all the times... But being home with 2 little ones under 2 and have no one around to watch them for a little bit made it impossible for me to workout... Well at least I thought.
It was just until I went to see my doctor and had a bone density test done, I was starting to have issues with my right hip. The doctor recommendation? At least walk for 30 min every day. I started going up and down my stairs for 10 rounds, while my babies were playing in the living room, but after a week I got bored... And found out that there were many people putting workout routines for free on YouTube and I could do it at home... The pictures on the bottom are 3-4 months after I started doing it every day. My routines wouldn't be longer than 15 min. Because this was the time that was fitting for me and my life season.
Did I get support? No. For the first 3 months it was hard. Lots of time I did squats holding my baby, because she wanted me.
Right now I am in the same spot. Not about working out, but on my business journey. It has been hard pushing through the lack of understanding  and support from inside, but guess what??? I see the potential of this opportunity, and once I hit the goal, we all will be able to enjoy life as we need and want. I am doing it for me. I am doing it because my children deserve better and more.

How about you???
