The connection between mind and body

I found out almost a year and a half ago that even having a really busy life being a mother of two very active little ones, and having no one around to help, I can still taking some time to treat myself with a workout. And the benefits of doing it goes far from just getting in shape, I found myself again as an individual. It is so true, and since I started doing my 12-20 min. workouts daily I started to feel more confident and what made me even happier was to know that by doing it as simple as could seem I was setting a good example for my kids and they ended up coming and joining me for some routines, and in a blink of a eye working out just turned to be a family activity in our lives.
The key is not to give yourself always a reason to just be seated in the couch. At first it might be hard to get in the schedule, but you have to find the best time that work for you and just go for it.
